Called them for a residential plumbing issue and they handled it well. On time, explained the problem and the repair before starting, and the work held up. Fair and straightforward. Would hire them again.

Mitchel did an amazing job! He didn’t stop until he figured out what was causing the plumbing problem in our house. We’re a bunch of college students living here, and we really appreciated that he never talked down to us. He took the time to explain what was happening and made sure we understood everything. He was very polite, friendly, and easy to talk to. You could tell he genuinely cared about finding the problem and getting it taken care of. I highly recommend him!

Great experience working with Brown plumbing on a couple issues. Alfredo was prompt, polite, and explained what he found as he reset a toilet and replaced a shutoff valve. Had to get Mr. Brown out to look at some wacky piping in the house, he was prompt, knowledgeable, polite, and explained exactly what I needed to do to delete an unnecessary hot water heater. Jerry and Antwan took care of the heater and installed a pressure reducing valve and flushed my tankless heater. Cody and Amelia with the office were also great to work with. What I enjoy the most is when you call, you get to talk to someone. Never had to leave a message or cross my fingers for a callback. Each service they arrived next day, so minimal down time. Definitely using Brown plumbing for future plumbing needs.
