Great experience working with Brown plumbing on a couple issues. Alfredo was prompt, polite, and explained what he found as he reset a toilet and replaced a shutoff valve. Had to get Mr. Brown out to look at some wacky piping in the house, he was prompt, knowledgeable, polite, and explained exactly what I needed to do to delete an unnecessary hot water heater. Jerry and Antwan took care of the heater and installed a pressure reducing valve and flushed my tankless heater. Cody and Amelia with the office were also great to work with. What I enjoy the most is when you call, you get to talk to someone. Never had to leave a message or cross my fingers for a callback. Each service they arrived next day, so minimal down time. Definitely using Brown plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Five stars. Being a GC, I've watched lots of plumbers stare at a problem like it owed them money and then quietly leave. Not so with Alvin, and hisbhelper Mitchel. Just yesterday they walked into a complex high-end Waterworks issue (the most beautiful fixtures, in solid nickel no less), figured out the installed valve needed a companion valve to work correctly, and had it sorted out patiently. Correct diagnosis, no drama. I trust them with the jobs I don't trust to anyone else- theres a reason one of the pictures on their reviews has over 20k views. Call them.

Had a clog deep in the sewer line, raw sewage in the back yard, called brown and they came out same day and knocked it out with the snake. Replaced my clean out cap and made it level with the ground. Thank you Mitchel from brown plumbing for saving the day!
