Was having issues with my hot water heater that another company couldn't fix, so I gave Brown plumbing a call. Justin showed up early and thoroughly checked out my hot water heater before clearly communicating to me what the problem was and what my options were. I decided I needed a new tank and Justin was able to replace it the same day. Thank you for the great service

Justin Puerto was kind and very helpful. He is very knowledgeable and talented with the installation of my hot water heater. I gave 4 stars because Alvin Jones came to help Justin and Alvin was respectful but not as kind as he didn’t introduce himself when he came in my home he just got straight to work. And he spoke to me the customer after he had already began working. But otherwise I hope to use them again in the future!

Justin showed up early, after calling to be sure it was okay, and he located and repaired one of the two leaks in my main water line. The other leak is the City's responsibility. The efficiency with which he took care of my issue was only one of the reasons for this review. Justin was not only professional, but he was also warm and personable. He took the time to show me the leaks, asked pertinent questions about the situation, and talked with the City worker on the phone when I called them to explain the situation. Justin took the time to replace my grass neatly over the hole he had to make to repair the leak. Brown Plumbing came highly recommended and, based on this experience with Justin, I will continue to use this company and spread the word with glowing recommendations.

Mason was fantastic! He came out to Damron Counseling, found and repaired a small cut in a pipe that had been leaking and made the process stress-free. Beyond the repair we had a meaningful conversation about how small wounds need attention before they become bigger problems. How fitting!
