To maintain the highest standards of quality and safety, Brown Plumbing does not

• We do not install customer-provided water heaters
• We do not repair any water heater that is older than ten years old. Insurance companies require a water heater to be replaced once it is ten years old.
• We do not install or work on electric tankless water heaters.
• We only service tankless water heaters. It includes:
  . inspecting the unit
  . cleaning the filters
  . circulating the cleaning system to get the scale out
• We do not install any universal trim kits. Manufacturer parts only.
• We can only warranty parts that we provide. If a customer provides parts, then we cannot warranty them.
• Rodding sewer mains and toilet stoppages are not warranty.  The only warranty on a sewer line is for a new installation. Grease can be a problem to remove and may require more than one visit.
• We do not work on fireplaces- only install.
• We do not convert ovens or ranges.
